Room For Rent in Whittier, CA

I had a friend renting a bedroom out in my (4) bedroom, (2) bath house. However, he just purchased his own home moved with his wife to start a life of his own. I am now looking for someone to rent his old room. Rent is $650. Water, trash, gas, electricity, internet (wifi access, can provide password for this)I am a younger female, VERY responsible. Have a career and work long hours. I own my own home and I have a phenomenal housekeeper who will come in and clean the house every other week. (No, that does not entitle you to be a slob). I do NOT mind if you use my dishes, stove, oven, fridge. . .The bedroom has a large closet and an armoire. Large window. And has hardwood flooring. Tenant MUST love dogs! I am a foster mom for a small dog rescue and often have a temporary dog come stay. I also have my own SMALL friendly dogs. However the dogs are kept in my room which connects to the laundry room and has a doggy door for outdoor access. Therefore, unless desired you will not see or hear much from my fur kids. On the rare occasion that I get to go away for a few days, I would like to find someone that could look in and give me an update and/or feed them. We would love to share our home with you and your pets; however I am unable as I am at the max of city allotment. The gardener also comes every other week to make sure the homes exterior appearance is kept up.We are located on a cul-de-sac less than 5 miles from Biola College in the City of Whittier. Since I am a female, I had security video cameras as an extra safety measure installed around the home. (One would be pointing at your vehicle.) I live in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I do NOT have parties. NO drugs, or illegal activity will be allowed. Background check will be conducted.Bathroom is shared with (1) male who is rarely ever home. I am hoping to find someone with a like schedule (busy and quiet). Unfortunately, I can't rent to someone with children because there's too much liability with my dogs.
